Elfie the explainer Elf hosts and presents how the various Christmas Traditions began, evolved and are celebrated in different countries/cultures all around the world. Everyone knows and enjoys these traditions, but few people understand where they come from. The presentation is designed for all ages, is very light hearted and if you’re not careful you just might learn something!

In this edition Elfie explains the Story of the Reindeer. Elfie explains that Reindeer are real, where they live, what they eat, as well as how they have been used by Nordic peoples for a millennia as video footage of actual Reindeer appears on the Magic Portrait behind the Reindeers stall. Elfie goes on to explain that some Reindeer are lucky enough to be selected by Santa to pull his Sleigh. It is at this point that our talking Reindeer comes to life to help Elfie explain training and Reindeer games and most importantly the ability to Fly…as the Reindeer begins to levitate and hover in his stall before the children.

The setwork is simple, warm and inviting and includes a small slit rail paddock, feed bucket, straw, tack, reins and other set dressing.

Rudy is a scale built lovable Reindeer with lots of personality. Built to last with solid steel internal construction he is sturdy but still light weight enough to make him portable. Features realistic water resistance synthetic fur and urethane antlers. Movements include JAW open/close, side/side, EYES left/right, EARS forward/back, HEAD@NECK up/down, pan, tilt, NECK@SHOULDER up/down, left/right.
